A Small List of Contributors to Kerala Flood Relief Fund
The worst floods in the history of kerala , the chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan announced the state has suffered an estimated loss of around more than 25000 crores on initial announcement. Now the rains are stopped and the path to recover the affected state to normalcy, the chief minister has requested and urged all the people to contribute to Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund.
It is estimated that more than 200 people lost their lives and millions are affected. Here is the small list of contibutions and donations announced.
The Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan extended his helping hands for the victims affected by the Kerala floods. According to reports in the Hindustan Times, the actor has made a donation of Rs 51 lakh to the rescue and relief organisations which are presently working towards providing aid to people in Kerala.
