Upcoming New Bike Launches to Challenge Royal Enfield Supremacy
Royal Enfield motorbikes are very popular among Indian Bike Riders and currently there is no equivalent to the supremacy of Royal Enfield in the Indian Market. But the increase in competition more companies are launching the premium products equivalent to Royal Enfield Segment. There are some good new launches which are going to give headache for Royal Enfield and will challenge its sales numbers in India.
KTM 390 Adventure
KTM, the motorcycle company based out of Australia, has an alliance with India's Bajaj. KMT launches the adventurous Tourer motorcycle KTM 390 Adventure Bike, competing with Royal Enfield Himalayan Motorbike.
Currently the KTM 390 Adventure Bike has been tested in various stages. The bike will be launched in 2019. Its suspense has been set to make the longest distance travel.
Compared to the 390 Duke bike, the design of the 390 Adventure bike is completely different. However, the same 373.2 cc engine on the Duke bike and 390 Adventure Bike. The engine is capable of generating 43 HP power and 37 Nm Dark power.
Hero Motor Corp - X Pulse 200CC
The Hero Motorcorp is one of the largest motorcycle manufactures in the world and they are launching the Hero X Puluse 200 cc motorcycle. The X Pulse is belived to be a good competitor for Royal Enfield Himalayan motor cycle. The company believe this motorcycle can generate good results and the rates are far cheaper compared to the competitor.
In 2018 Auto Expo, the Hero company had showcased the X Pulse 200CC motorcycle. The 200 cc, single cylinder engine, 20 bhp power and 18 nm dark capabilities that are equipped with this bike are powerful.
It is not as powerful as the Royal Enmeled Himalayan motorcycle. However, the hero X Pulse motorcycle weight is just 140 kilo. The price is expected to be within 1.10 lakh rupees. So, it is expected to bring good amount of competition to Royal Enfield motrocycles.
Jawa 350 OHC
JAVA brand returns to India through Mahindram In India and other South East Asian countries, the sale of Java bikes is now available or through to Mahindra. The Java 350 OHC motorcycle will be launched in India soon.
The retro-theme motorcycle, which will be launched in 2019, will compete with Royal Enfield Classic 350. This is the bike that has created more anticipation among Indian customers.
Benelli Imperiale 400
Benelli, The Italain company displayed Imperiale 400 bike on EICMA 2017 motor cycle show and it has plans to launch the same moedel on 2019 to compete Royal Enfiled bullet line ups.
The EICMA Show is a motorcycle show that takes place every year in Milan, Italy. It is also called the Milan Motorcycle Show. The Imperiale 400 bike was equipped with 373 cc, Air Cooled, Fuel Injected Engine.
The engine is capable of revealing 28 Nm Dark Power at 5,500 RPM and 20 Nm RPM in 3,500 RPM. With the 5-speed gear box is connected to the engine. This bike has created great expectations among motorcycle fans and riders.
Bajaj Avenger 400CC
Bajaj plans to provide a strong challenge through Avenger 400 bikes to Royal Enfield's bullet and Thunderbird bikes. The Bajaj Avenger 400 bike is expected to be launched in December.
The Avenger 400 is the most expensive cruise bike that comes from Bajaj. However, the price of Avenger 400 is expected to cope with the competition of Royal Enfield's 350 cc and 450 cc bikes.
