Potato 200 gram
Kabuli Chana 100 gram
Onion 50 gram

Preparation Method
- Boil chana and potatoes separately and let cool
- Peel and dice potatoes and mix with chana. Add chopped onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
- Add seasoning and dressings and mix well
- Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves

Preparation Method
- Blanch spinach and puree.
- Heat oil and add cumin seeds. When they splutter, add chopped garlic and saute till golden
- Add spinach puree and saute for a minute or two
- Add the rest of the stock and seasonings. Heat through.
- Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
