Ingredients

American Corn         200 gram
Capsicum                   50 gram
Onion                         50 gram
Tomatoes                   50 gram
Salad Oil                    10 ml
Vinegar                        5 ml
Sugar Syrup                5 ml
Salt                           1/2 tsp
Pepper                      1/4 tsp  

Preparation Method
  • Parboil American corn [ Partly boil ]
  • Dice the capsicum, onion and tomato
  • Prepare the dressing and mix with the prepared ingredients.
  • Serve Chilled

Ingredients

Potato                        200 gram
Kabuli Chana             100 gram
Onion                           50 gram
Coriander                       2 sprigs
Chaat Masala             1/2 tsp
Salt                                1 tsp
Mint Chutney               15 ml
Tamarind Chutney       10 ml

Preparation Method
  • Boil chana and potatoes separately and let cool
  • Peel and dice potatoes and mix with chana. Add chopped onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
  • Add seasoning and dressings and mix well
  • Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves

Palak Shorba



Ingredients

Spinach                        600 gram
Coriander                         1 sprig
Garlic                                5 gram
Vegetable Stock               3 L
Refined Oil                     10 ml   
Lime                                 1 no
Salt                                 to taste requirement
Pepper                            to taste requirement
Cumin                           1/2 tsp

Preparation Method
  • Blanch spinach and puree.
  • Heat oil and add cumin seeds. When they splutter, add chopped garlic and saute till golden
  • Add spinach puree and saute for a minute or two
  • Add the rest of the stock and seasonings. Heat through.
  • Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
