DANCING


Dancing is a great exercise which suitable for all age's and can be mostly done indoors. There are various types of dancing which you can choose any one like Salsa, Cha-Cha-Cha, ballroom dancing, flamingao, Tango and Jive. The Indian classical dances are Bharathanatyam, kuchipudi, Kathak, Odissi and Kathakali and much more are there to choose.

Dancing can be a good mind body spirit workout in which you can lose up to 3.5 calories per minute. So, grab your partner and spin him around.

TREKKING


Trekking is all of  fine atmosphere with clean and cool air. It can be wrapped with steep hills, moon-light trek and high altitude peaks. 

Trekking helps improves overall health with losing extra pounds. Its a great confidence building exercise. Enroll yourself into a local trekking club who knows where your hike can be arranged.

BICYCLING


Bicycling is a great cardio activity, which helps develop body strength and power while providing ankle and foot flexibility. When you hit the roads discover new routes to make it more fun.

WALKING / JOGGING


A best cardio activity which you can lose upto 1 Kg a week by just walking or jogging for little more than one hour a day. It is good for stamina and cardiovascular health. It maintains muscle strength in legs and prevents bone loss.

To make it interesting , imagine a target to achieve for every particular kilometer or mile which you plan to reach.

SWIMMING


If you are not relaxed with other exercises then this is the great activity to workout. Swimming works on every muscle of the body and helps in toning up. It is a great Stamina builder.

GOLF

Golf is not just a Leisure Activity alone , it is a great Stamina builder and increases flexibility, balance and rhythm. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be as much as four miles.
